WHO: Open to Local Florida Artists able to hand deliver and pick up artworks to SRQ East Art Studios at 8326 Consumer Ct., Sarasota FL 34240
WHAT: Area artists are encouraged to submit their best work (painting, wall hanging, framed photography, sculpture space limited) and to present pieces that demonstrate technical skill and mastery of their chosen medium.
DEADLINE: Space is limited!!! Reserve your entry by Friday, October 31 by emailing high-quality images to srqeastart@gmail.com and sending payment of $15 per entry to @srqeast via Venmo. Physical artwork must be dropped off and checked in by Jen Kroeger at SRQ East Art Studios on either Monday November 3, 5-7pm or during our open studios on Saturday November 8, 11am-3pm.
EXHIBITION: An Evening Reception with Refreshments will take place on Saturday, November 15 from 5-7pm. The exhibition will run through our following Second Saturday Open Studios on December 13, 11am-3pm (Pickup begins that Saturday at 3pm).

Friday, October 31 (Midnight): Deadline for entries
Saturday November 1st: Artists be notified of acceptance by midnight via email (check promotions tab and spam folder)
Monday, November 3, 5-7pm & Saturday - OR - November 8, 11am-3pm, 2025: Art Drop off
Saturday, November 15, 2025: Exhibition reception 5-7pm
Saturday, December 13, 11am-3pm: Second Saturday Art Studios last chance to view exhibition
Saturday, December 13, 3-5pm & Monday, December 15, 5-7pm: Art pickup
SUBMISSION DETAILS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Artwork Size: 36” inches wide maximum - or less.
Canvases should be gallery depth, aka 1.5” in depth, or artwork must be framed, unless it is a finished wall hanging.
Artwork must have proper hanging hardware - D rings and wire preferred. NO GLASS in frames. If your work is not ready to hang, it will not be part of the exhibition.
Subject matter must be appropriate for a family-friendly setting. We reserve the right to deny any submission.
$15 entry per piece - up to three art submissions. Pay fee through Venmo to @srqeast (majority of proceeds will go to All Faiths Food Bank and a portion toward hosting the event)

Cash Prize winner will be announced during the exhibition and publicized during our newsletter and promos prior to December Open Studios/Last Chance viewing. There will be a 20% commission on any works sold at the event. A portion of the funds raised will be donated to support All Faiths Food Bank.
